OUR RETURNS POLICY

We hope you will be happy with our supplement, but if you are not entirely satisfied below are our terms for returns:

This returns policy does not affect the statutory rights you may have under applicable law, including your statutory right to cancel or your statutory warranty.

Please contact us to obtain the correct returns address before sending your parcel. As we are unable to receive returns at our business address, any items sent there cannot be processed for a refund. For assistance, please email info@feminavit.com.

Returns

Unfortunately, we do not cover the cost of returns. The package can be sent at a reasonable cost by the customer as our packaging fits into a large letter and is classified as such by Royal Mail. Please have proof of dispatch to be eligible for refunds (tracked).
SUBSCRIPTIONS: To ensure a smooth cancellation process, we kindly ask for 1–2 business days' notice for subscription cancellations. This allows us to process requests efficiently, as last-minute cancellations or technical issues on site such as accessing accounts may result in unavoidable charges that we are unable to absorb. Customers can cancel anytime within the 28-30 day period so we require 1-2 days notice before the subscription order is created.

How to return the product

Send us an email at: info@feminavit.co.uk to notify us of your wish to exercise your 14 day cancellation rights and return the product. Please provide your name, home address, order details and, where available, your phone number and email address.


Damaged and Faulty Product

If you believe the product you have ordered to be damaged or faulty, please contact us by emailing info@feminavit.co.uk.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed once we receive your returned products. Refunds can take up to 10 working days and will be credited to the original card you paid with.

Refund Exclusions

You cannot return any product that has a hygiene seal or blister pack that has been broken. You have the right to reasonably inspect the product as you would in a shop but you cannot return products that you have used, unless you are returning them because they are damaged or faulty.
